Quick troubleshooting

Try these steps first.

1.Confirm that your phone is online, then close and reopen the app.
2.Install the latest Grata Health update available in the App Store or Google Play.
3.For video visits, allow camera and microphone access in your phone settings.
4.If the problem continues, email support with your device type and a short description. Do not send medical or account-sensitive details by email.
