No. You do not need any special waiver or certification to refer patients to Grata Health. Our providers hold all necessary credentials to prescribe addiction medications. Simply identify the patient and send the referral.
We specialize in opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder. Our providers prescribe evidence-based medications including buprenorphine (Suboxone) for OUD and naltrexone for AUD, tailored to each patient's needs.
With patient consent, we provide regular clinical updates to your office including treatment notes, medication changes, and progress summaries. We can communicate via secure messaging, fax, or your preferred method.
Grata Health offers affordable self-pay options for uninsured patients. We also help patients explore Medicaid eligibility and other coverage options during the intake process.
Absolutely. We accept patients who are new to treatment as well as those who need a new provider for ongoing medication management. We ensure a smooth transition with no gaps in medication access.
