Meet a clinician online in Virginia, Ohio, or Pennsylvania. Most appointments are available the same day. Start or continue buprenorphine treatment with accepted insurance and ongoing support.

Grata serves adults 18 and older statewide. Each state page lists the exact accepted insurance plans, costs, and available services.
Choose an appointment. We ask for ID and insurance information before your first visit and help with scheduling and technology.
Discuss your substance use, current medication, and goals. Your clinician can prescribe the same day when appropriate. No app download, labs, or in-person visit is required before starting.
Pick up at a local pharmacy when available, or receive delivery in 1–2 business days from prescribing. First prescriptions and refills are eligible. Shipping is covered.
Suboxone combines buprenorphine and naloxone. Your clinician discusses whether it is appropriate for you, including when you are already taking medication or transferring care. Therapy is never a prerequisite for medication treatment.
Individual therapy is available in Virginia and Ohio. Pennsylvania offers medication care; therapy is not yet available there. You keep the same prescribing clinician, with follow-up visits shaped around your needs.
