Most appointments are available the same day. We prioritize post-detox and post-rehab referrals to minimize the gap between inpatient and outpatient care.
We need the patient's basic contact information, insurance details, current medication regimen, and a brief clinical summary. Our referral form takes less than five minutes to complete.
Yes. Grata Health provides evidence-based treatment for both opioid use disorder (including buprenorphine/Suboxone) and alcohol use disorder (including naltrexone). We tailor the treatment plan to each patient's needs.
Yes. Grata accepts named Medicaid and commercial plans in Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania Medicaid participation is fee-for-service only. We verify coverage before the first appointment.
With patient authorization, we provide regular progress updates to your team and collaborate on treatment planning. We can communicate via secure messaging, fax, or scheduled calls — whatever works best for your workflow.
