Our promise to referring partners
Fast response, right-fit care, and closed-loop updates for every patient you trust us with.
Every referral is acknowledged by a live member of our care team almost immediately — by phone, text, or email — so your patient is never left in a queue.
We triage every patient. If we're the right level of care, most are seen within 48 hours and almost always the same week. If not, we warm-connect them to a trusted partner.
With patient consent, you receive monthly progress notes covering medication, adherence, and clinical flags — delivered by secure message, fax, EHR, or email.
We tell patients their expected copay before the first visit. If the amount comes back different, we waive the difference.
Why Grata

Cost to your practice
No fees, no contracts, no revenue-share. Grata Health bills the patient's insurance directly and handles benefit verification before the first visit.

Our providers conduct a thorough medication review during intake and coordinate with your practice to avoid contraindications. We monitor for interactions between addiction medications and psychiatric medications throughout treatment.
Yes. We provide evidence-based treatment for both conditions, including buprenorphine (Suboxone) for OUD and naltrexone for AUD. Many patients with co-occurring mental health conditions also struggle with alcohol, and we're equipped to treat both.
Grata Health is not a crisis service. Patients with active suicidal ideation should be stabilized through appropriate crisis intervention before being referred for outpatient addiction treatment. Once stabilized, we can provide ongoing care in coordination with your mental health treatment.
Our providers are trained in trauma-informed care and understand the connection between trauma, mental health conditions, and substance use. We create a safe, non-judgmental environment and coordinate closely with therapists managing trauma treatment.
We partner with psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and other qualified mental health professionals. Any provider managing a patient's mental health care can refer to Grata Health for addiction treatment.
